We started Magnum Radius in Ranchi on 26 May 2025 because the incentives in the Indian marketing industry are broken. Agencies are paid to look busy. Clients are trained to accept 60-slide monthly reviews as evidence of value. Founders sign retainers because someone senior recommended it, not because the retainer produces something specific.

We believe most of that is fixable, and we designed the firm around fixing it. Small roster. Senior operators. Written work. Radical honesty on the intake call. If we're the wrong fit we'll say so; if we're the right fit we'll say what we'll build, what we won't, and what you can call us out on if we drift.

This page is a public commitment. If you're a client and we're violating it, quote it back at us on the Slack channel. If you're a prospect deciding whether to work with us, read this and see if you can live with it — some founders can't, and that's an honest signal for both sides.

Things we will never do.

01Templates.We start every engagement from first principles. If your brand can be built on a template, it doesn't need us.
02Retainers we can't defend.If we can't tell you exactly what the retainer produces every month, we don't sell it. Fixed-scope projects wherever possible.
03Vanity metrics.Reach, impressions, follower count. Fine as diagnostics; disqualifying as claims of success. Revenue, MER, payback, LTV, or nothing.
04Filler decks.The 60-slide monthly review is a psychological weapon designed to make agencies look busy. We deliver a one-page memo and a working session.
05Growth hacks that break platforms.Engagement pods, follower purchases, fake giveaways, PBN links. If it feels like a trick, it will eventually be one.
06Client roster inflation.We take on two to four new clients a quarter. We are not a factory. If we can't do the work personally, we say no.
07AI theatre.Chatbots with a rebrand, LLM-generated content mills, vibes-based prompting. Real agents or nothing.
08Silence on bad news.If a campaign is failing, you'll know inside 72 hours. If we made a mistake, we'll say so on the weekly call, not the quarterly review.

Everything important lives in a document you can re-read. Meetings summarise decisions, not the other way around.

Category-experienced writers, senior media buyers, engineers with production experience. No juniors learning on your account.

Post-launch care as a baseline.

90 days of care after every ship, included. We stay in the room until the thing works.

One-way-door decisions in writing.

Any decision that's hard to reverse gets a written memo. Two-way-door decisions we make fast.
