Positioning

Why this specifically.

A visual identity is not a logo. It's a system — mark, monogram, colour, type, iconography, motion signature, photography direction, illustration voice — all of which have to hold together across a business card and a stadium billboard. We design identity systems, not logos.

For Indian brands scaling fast, the biggest identity trap is inconsistency: three different logo versions, four different oranges, seven different sans-serifs. We ship a system so tight that a new intern in your Bangalore office can produce on-brand work on day one without asking.

Every identity we build ships with a brand book (60–80 pages), a live Notion workspace, and a two-week embed where we apply the system to your five hardest surfaces before we hand it over.

Wordmark + monogram

Primary wordmark, condensed variant, stacked variant, monogram, favicon. All optically corrected — mathematical alignment isn't optical alignment.

Colour system

Primary, secondary, functional, and accent — with HEX, RGB, CMYK, Pantone, and OKLCH values. Includes accessibility contrast pairings.

Type system

Display + text + mono. Weight scale, size scale, line-height ratios, letter-spacing at each size. Real specs, not vibes.

Iconography kit

24–60 custom icons drawn on the same grid as the wordmark. Stroke, corner, and terminal rules documented so future icons match.

Motion signature

How the logo enters, transitions, and exits. Two seconds that make every video, product loading state, and app splash feel like you.

Yes — about 40% of our identity work is refresh, not replace. We can typically keep the equity of the wordmark and modernise everything around it in half the time and cost.

All source files: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, motion in After Effects, exports in every format. You own them outright, no ongoing licence.

We ship a design-token layer (CSS variables, Tailwind config, Figma variables) so implementation is trivial. For complex web systems we can extend the engagement to include front-end build.

A well-built system holds for 7–10 years with light refreshes. If we're doing our job you shouldn't need a rebuild before 2033.
