We founded Magnum Radius in Ranchi on 26 May 2025. Five founders, each running a discipline, each owning equity. No investors, no board seats sold, no growth-at-all-costs mandate. Every founder owns equity. Nobody is on a salary-only track. Long-horizon incentives, not quarterly commissions.
The default agency operating model has one senior partner on the sales call and a team of twenty-somethings running the actual account. We refuse that model at the structural level. Every engagement gets a founder as the primary operator, and every founder is capped at 3–4 concurrent engagements so that "primary operator" is not a euphemism for "signs off once a month".
This limits how much work we can take. It's the trade-off we chose deliberately. If we're full, we tell you inside 24 hours and point you to two or three peer firms we'd hire for the same brief. Sometimes those peers are our friends; sometimes they're competitors; always they're better than a bad match.
We are five people today. We may be seven or nine in three years. We are unlikely to be forty. Growth is not the goal; durability is.
