Eight Indian social media agencies worth shortlisting
This is an editorial shortlist maintained by Magnum Radius. We include ourselves and say so openly. Ordering is not a ranking of quality — no agency paid to appear here, and we publish no performance claim we cannot source.

How this list was built.
Agencies with in-house video and design capacity ranked above those reselling templates and stock.
Follower-purchase or pod-driven growth disqualifies. It inflates a report and depresses reach.
Indian social is multilingual. Agencies producing in Hindi and at least one regional language scored higher.
Response times, DMs and comment handling are part of the job. We weighted agencies that staff it.
How to choose between them.
How many production days per month, with whom, and where. Vague answers mean a stock-and-canva calendar.
An agency that cannot make its own social interesting will not fix yours.
Agree on saves, shares, watch-through and assisted conversions before month one, so nobody reports vanity later.
Straight answers.
What does social media management cost in India?
Realistic retainers run ₹35,000–₹90,000 per month for a single-platform SMB scope, ₹1.5L–₹5L per month for multi-platform brand work with original production, and higher when video shoots or creator programmes are included. Media spend sits on top of all of these.
How many posts should a retainer include?
Volume is the wrong unit. Ask instead how many original concepts and how many shoot days per month. Twelve reheated carousels lose to four well-produced videos in every Indian feed we operate.
Do followers matter in 2026?
Barely. Reach on Instagram and YouTube is overwhelmingly interest-driven, not follower-driven. Judge an agency on saves, shares, watch-through and assisted conversions — never on follower growth, which can be bought for a few thousand rupees.
Who should own the accounts and creator contracts?
You. Your Meta Business Manager, YouTube channel and creator agreements should be in your company's name, with the agency granted access. This is the most common failure point at handover in India.
Is this list ranked or sponsored?
Neither. It is an unpaid editorial shortlist maintained by Magnum Radius, which includes itself openly.
Want social that earns attention, not follower counts?
We build creator systems and original production plans with published price bands and full account ownership from day one.
