Why this specifically.

Most of what agencies call 'CRO' is button-colour A/B tests that need six months to reach significance. We do structural CRO: rewriting hero sections, re-architecting funnels, cutting form fields, testing offers. The kind of change that moves conversion 40%, not 4%.

We start every CRO engagement with a full session recording review (Hotjar/Clarity, minimum 500 sessions), a heuristic audit on 12 dimensions, and a set of hypotheses ranked by evidence and effort. Then we build and test.

For high-traffic sites we run parallel A/B tests. For low-traffic sites we do pre-post analysis with proper control periods. We don't fake statistical significance to make a monthly report look good.
